Terms for converting authorized audio and video files: service limits, rights to your files, MP3 quality loss and temporary result availability.
Service and operator
MP3 Converter Online converts a single supported audio or video file into MP3 through temporary server processing. Contact: catalog.project.com@gmail.com. The operator's legal identity has not been supplied. No company, jurisdiction, payment plan or account system is asserted. These terms describe the actual tool, its limits and your responsibility for submitted material.
Your materials and retained rights
Upload only files you own or are authorized to convert, including permission for any personal information they contain. You retain your rights to the input and output. You permit only the temporary receipt, technical copying, processing and delivery necessary for your request and its cleanup. Uploading does not license the service to publish, distribute commercially, sell or train models on your media.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, attempt DRM circumvention, probe other users’ jobs, bypass ownership checks or quotas, interfere with the queue or submit abusive automated traffic. The service has no URL importer, third-party or YouTube downloader, batch conversion, trimming or DRM removal feature. A page title does not expand the tested input capabilities.
Actual limits and queue
Admission depends on capacity, daily limits and safety checks. The converter validates media properties rather than trusting an extension. The first audio track is used; unsupported codecs, missing audio or malformed files may be rejected. Waiting, processing and verification are different stages. No completion-time or availability guarantee is offered.

MP3 is a lossy listening copy
Conversion may discard audio information, downmix channels, normalize sample rate or change the sound compared with the source. Selecting 320 kbps cannot recover details already lost. Keep an original and listen to the downloaded MP3 before relying on it. This is not an editor, restoration service or long-term archive.
Temporary availability and deletion
Download the result within its 60-minute window. Temporary download links last at most five minutes and require the owning browser session. Loss of that session or expiry can prevent retrieval. Delete files closes new access and starts asynchronous cleanup; confirmed deletion is shown only after writers and storage have been reconciled. Storage outages can delay cleanup. Already downloaded copies and transfers in progress cannot be recalled.
Site software, branding and external links
The website software, design and branding are separate from your media. These terms do not transfer ownership of them or your files. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, recorded in the project’s notices. Reference links lead to independent sites whose terms and privacy policies apply. No advertising provider is currently connected; future advertising must have disclosed providers and applicable controls.
Availability, changes and legal rights
The service may be unavailable or reject new requests for maintenance, capacity, safety or legal reasons. Errors are possible and no particular audio outcome is guaranteed. Check the current limits before uploading and keep independent originals. Any limitation of warranties or liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. No exclusive forum or governing jurisdiction is invented.
